Fisher & Paykel Airvo is a high-flow humidification system that delivers heated, humidified air or supplemental oxygen through a nasal cannula or interface, making it a primary therapy for patients with respiratory insufficiency, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or post-extubation care needs. High-flow therapy improves oxygenation, reduces the work of breathing, and provides significant patient comfort over standard oxygen delivery.
The Airvo system integrates a built-in flow generator with a heated humidifier, eliminating the need for a separate humidification chamber in most setups. OxyCare supplies the Airvo device along with all compatible interfaces, tubes, filters, and consumables.
